Located in the city of Westminster on what is known as the Howard deWalden Estate most of the buildings date from around 1900 when the high street underwent rebuilding.  The area that surrounds Marylebone is known for its respected medical practices and boutique shops located in this area.  The property located at 77/78 currently houses a retail store that sells organic produce.

CONCEPT

The concept developed from the brief really.  When asked to develop a NGO and brand it I started thinking about all the environmental issues taking place in the world.  I decided to go with water consumption and play with the fluid forms it creates.  The interior I would like to achieve will play with fluid forms that make people more spatially aware of the water that is in the world and the amount we have left.

BRAND DEVELOPMENT

To produce a brand that is captivating and draws people in off of the high street to learn more about water conservation both directly and through bespoke events.  Target market would be mid to upperclass residents aged 21 and over to become a member although the store and facilites will be open to people of all ages.
